My Drop Box Delivery (MDB delivery) is a delivery solution that consists of a product (a drop box that can be securely installed at your house or business), and a service. MDB delivery allows for a user to send and receive items from their doorstep at anytime of the day. Our service along with our product will provide better convenience in the way we send and receive deliveries, but more importantly the overarching environmental benefits help to: Fix Our Climate; Clean Our Air, Protect and Restore Nature; and Build a Waste Free World.

As e-commerce continues to grow, so does our need to send and receive items in a delivery process. We believe delivery services are at the core of our sustainable future through their ability to provide multiple people and business the things they need in a single journey. This being said, delivery services can be further improved to ensure there is minimal impact on our environment, by reducing emissions and material waste associated with deliveries. At MDB Delivery we seek to realize these current shortfalls, whilst providing you a secure and more convenient way to send and receive items for delivery.

 

Our products and integrated platform provides a fast and convenient delivery system, allowing you to send and receive deliveries from your property, at any time. We provide a product that is installed at your property which stores items for delivery. We supply our approved couriers with encrypted codes that allow them to unlock and access your product to make a collection and/or delivery. Our products are fitted with a weight sensor and video camera that record information for each collection and delivery. Once a transaction is complete all parties receive a transaction receipt containing information such as: transaction type (collection/delivery), courier ID, date/time, weight of transaction, video capture. Our transaction receipt provides assurance to the delivery process and allows for clear and concise recourse actions to be established if there is an issue with a delivery, or if a delivery simply needs to be returned.
